This active workshop is designed to allow management and staff to evaluate current communication techniques. Participants will take the Keirsey Temperament Sorter II to help members understand "strategic flexing". This enables those that work very differently, learn to work well as team mates and to function highlighting individual strengths. Participants will learn the best tactics to communicate with peers as well as those they lead.
Taking the information and tools presented in the workshop will increase the ability of communicators to get to the root of issues that need to be addressed. Participants will learn to give and receive feedback, discuss active listening, understand how to build persuasiveness into communication, and ultimately, improve their skills to eliminate future miscommunications.
