In this course, participants learn to develop a structured process to use in screening, interviewing, and hiring. After attending the workshop, participants should be able to:
- Relate the overall hiring process to the interview process
- Conduct more productive interviews
- Identify the differences between behavioral based and hypothetical interview questions
- Use probing and contrary evidence techniques in interviews effectively
