Insights Profile

Insights is an in-depth representation of an individual's personality that provides a solid foundation for self-development. Each individual's profile contains accurate, helpful information, including:

• Key Strengths and Weaknesses
• Value to the Team - What unique abilities / perceptions do I bring to the group
• Communication - What is my style? How do I like to receive information?
• Possible Blind Spots - Who me?! Do I really do that? (Yes, and your co-workers notice!)
• Opposite Type - How to work with the people who are most likely to drive me crazy!
• Suggestions for Development - How do I maximize my value to the organization?

Insights utilizes a simple color system to assist individuals in gaining an understanding about their work style and others around them.

The following Insights instruments are available to be completed individually or with a team:

• Insights Team Effectiveness Navigator

After taking the profile, it is recommended to schedule an individual consultative debriefing session or a team workshop with one of PDS' qualified Insights facilitators.
